Greetings! Thank you for visiting my site. I am a believer in leading the change you want to see – I believe we all have a story to tell that will help others. I also believe we all possess untapped potential! I’m here to ‘unlock you now’, so we can look to achieving more in the future. We all have lived experiences that shape who we are and what we want to be. I am no different – I learn, teach and have chosen to write about it! On top of that I direct my learning to hone certain skills that I have so I can be organised and disciplined enough to put things in a format, be it a blog or one of my training courses, just so I can continue to grow and develop by working with you and responding to the needs of those I work with. Jendayi Serwah has over 25 years of experience in Leadership and Management. This journey has taken her into the realms of the voluntary, statutory and community sector in the UK. She has managed teams, Team Leaders, provided consultancy to Executives as well as coached and mentored several people with emerging leadership potential both in the UK and in Africa. Jendayi has been a trainer for over 2 decades training people who work in people centred contexts that demand a range of client based approaches in order to achieve positive outcomes.
Her work as the Lead Consultant of Noble Development Consultancy (NDC) is focussed on legacy planning through building the next generation of leaders with whom the legacy of the quality of our future world very much depends. NDC develops bespoke courses around various aspects of leadership development and organisational planning – strategic and operational. We also offer one to one services aimed at increasing personal effectiveness. NDC is a team of independent consultants also offering unique insights and approaches to the public and private sector on life themes such as equalities and reparatory justice, community law in practice, advocacy skills, curriculum development for the 22nd century, team development, conflict resolution and much more……
